A l’occasion du Forum Social Mondial qui se déroule cette année au Népal, elle organise un panel qui se déroulera le 17 février de 11h à 12h 30 heure de Paris.
Il s’agit de faire connaître largement ce qu’est fondamentalement le convivialisme, une approche philosophique résolument relationnelle du monde ; une approche qui s’oppose à la vision dominante, celle qui continue à cibler une croissance infinie en entraînant la subordination des personnes, des peuples et de la nature, à une logique capitaliste d’exploitation. Et l’effort de dynamiser un mouvement convivialiste, comme mouvement intellectuel et social international qui lutte pour une coexistence juste, pacifique et durable des humains entre eux, avec les autres espèces et la nature.

Présentation du Panel sur le site du Forum
L’Internationale convivialiste est un collectif d’intellectuels avec une question ouverte : Comment vivre ensemble avec nos différences sans se massacrer ? Nous nous intéressons aux problèmes écologiques, économiques et politiques et, sur la base de l’expertise et de l’engagement des membres de notre collectif, nous énonçons des principes généraux (Humanité commune, Naturalité commune, Maîtrise de l’Hubris) et proposons des mesures politiques concrètes (revenu maximum, éradication des paradis fiscaux, parlement planétaire des citoyens, etc.) Nous avons publié le Premier Manifeste Convivialiste. Une déclaration d’interdépendance en 2013. Il a été rédigé et signé par 64 intellectuels francophones. En 2019, nous avons publié le Deuxième Manifeste Convivialiste. Vers un monde post-néolibéral. Il a été signé par près de 300 intellectuels du monde entier. Le temps est maintenant venu de rédiger un troisième manifeste pour s’attaquer aux problèmes les plus urgents d’aujourd’hui et élaborer un plan de changement systémique à tous les niveaux de la société. Au cours de cette session, nous explorerons les moyens de déprovincialiser et d’universaliser le manifeste en l’ouvrant aux intellectuels et aux activistes du Sud et de l’Est.

To accompany the World Social Forum in Nepal this year, it is organising a panel discussion on 17 February from 11am to 12.30pm Paris time.
The aim is to raise awareness of the fundamental nature of convivialism, a philosophical approach to the world that is resolutely relational; an approach that is opposed to the dominant vision, which continues to target infinite growth, leading to the subordination of individuals, peoples and nature to a capitalist logic of exploitation. And the effort to energise a convivialist movement, as an international intellectual and social movement fighting for a just, peaceful and sustainable coexistence of humans with each other, with other species and with nature.
Convivialist Manifesto & Manifestation
The Convivialist International is a collective of intellectuals with an open question: How can we live together with our differences without killing each other? We are interested in ecological, economic and political problems and, on the basis of the expertise and commitment of the members of our collective, we set out general principles (Common Humanity, Common Naturality, Control of Hubris) and propose concrete political measures (maximum income, eradication of tax havens, planetary parliament of citizens, etc.). We have published the First Convivialist Manifesto. A declaration of interdependence in 2013. It was written and signed by 64 French-speaking intellectuals. In 2019, we published the Second Convivialist Manifesto. Towards a post-neoliberal world. It was signed by nearly 300 intellectuals from all over the world. Now it’s time for a third manifesto to tackle today’s most pressing issues and develop a plan for systemic change at all levels of society. In this session, we will explore ways to deprovincialise and universalise the manifesto by opening it up to intellectuals and activists from the South and East.
